Terms of Service
The agreement for using nextbig.dev
Last updated: June 14, 2026
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of nextbig.dev (the "Service"), operated by Syft8, Inc. ("Syft8", "we", "us"). By using the site, subscribing, or contributing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What the Service is
nextbig.dev is an independent publication covering AI, AI infrastructure, and developer tools, through a daily briefing, a news wire, essays, and a podcast. Content is produced with the help of AI tools and human editing, as described in our Editorial Guidelines. We provide it for general information.
Not professional advice
Nothing on nextbig.dev is financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Editorial features such as "The Call" and "The Tape" are opinion and analysis, not recommendations to buy or sell any security. Markers like long, short, and watch are an editorial scorecard, not investment advice. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.

You can subscribe to receive email from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
Contributions and subscriptions
You may support nextbig.dev through one-time or recurring contributions processed by Google Reader Revenue Manager. By contributing, you also agree to Google's applicable terms.
- Recurring contributions (monthly) renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your Google Account. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Benefits listed in the contribution prompt are a thank-you for your support and may change. They are not a purchase of specific goods or guaranteed services.
- Prices are shown before you confirm and may change with notice. Changes do not affect contributions already made.
- Refunds: contact us at oday@syft8.com and we will work with you, consistent with Google's payment policies.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location and are handled through the payment flow.
Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or breach the site, or use it to infringe others' rights. We publish a documented public API and MCP server for programmatic access (see For agents); you may use those within their stated rate limits. Automated access outside those documented interfaces, or that degrades the Service, is not permitted.
Intellectual property
The site, its editorial content, design, and brand (including the nextbig.dev name and monogram) are owned by Syft8, Inc. or its licensors. You may read, share, and quote with attribution and a link back. Please do not republish substantial portions wholesale or present our work as your own. Links in the wire point to third parties who own that source material.
Accuracy and AI disclosure
Content is produced with AI assistance and human editing and may contain errors. We correct mistakes as described in our Editorial Guidelines, but we make no warranty that content is complete, current, or error-free.
Third-party links and services
The Service links to and relies on third parties, including sources, Google, Cloudflare, and Supabase. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, which are governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syft8, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
